During my experience at Techvantage, I had the opportunity to go through four rounds of interviews. I must say, the interactions with the interviewers were superb and the assessment tasks were engaging. The interview process left much to be desired in terms of organization and communication. Each round took place on separate days, with the HR team giving us only a 30-minute heads-up before the next interview. This lack of proper planning and communication was far from ideal, leaving us feeling frustrated and unprepared. It is crucial for companies to prioritize effective scheduling and clear communication throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Tachvantage's HR team will only contact you if they are interested, otherwise they won't. Unfortunately, they lack the basic courtesy of informing you about their results and feedback. Additionally, they are unresponsive if you try to contact them through any means, such as official email, phone call, or text.
