Overall a very positive impression about the recruitment process. It all started with an initial call with the recruiter as always, then a call with the hiring manager, the 3rd call was with the company's CEO, then the last and the decisive round was a case study which I presented to CEO, my direct manager and two more C-level executives. After that I've received the offer.

They have asked about my professional background and how I was planning to establish the work of the department which I was supposed to manage.

Entretien
1 interview with a senior producer and another director. Questions were not accurate really with the position and it felt like the 2 recruiters didn't master the subject really well themselves. Other than that which I find odd is their criticizing other studios without having the slightest knowledge of their operation or their work. And when you asked them about their operation, knowledge, work and the respect of their employees lots of redflags starting to pop up! After the interview, basically a couple of hours later I decided to drop out from the hiring process...

Entretien
4 rounds of interviews with different experts in the company. Each of these interviews were followed up with an email from the recruiter asking for feedback and impressions after meeting each interviewer.
