First talent acquisition interview, followed by four business interviews with increasing levels of seniority. I went through the talent acquisition interview and the first business interview. They then canceled the third interview that had been planned, and never came back with an alternative despite chasing. Their recruitment process seems extremely messy, and they don't have the respect and decency to send a short email to clarify where they stand. What's more concerning is that I was introduced by one of their senior leaders. They don't seem to care how their process reflects on recruitment internally.
