Interview process was ok. The managers I spoke with seems to only be interested in putting a body in front of the machine and felt as though my individuality was left at the door.

I had a scheduled in-person interview with the Production Manager, and we kept being interrupted with one problem or another. Finally the interview had to stop because they were being called into a Meeting.

That was quick HR officer was friendly and was comfortable to express myself and my experiences. Pretty much She covered everything in phone interview. Also I got chance to present myself comfortable.
