It was a 5 step process, First step is aptitude test/technical test; mainly production engineering based questions (so before opting in the test you must ace production engineering and have in depth technical knowledge) Second step GD round, having good communication skills and confidence will help one pass this round Third, technical interview; I got questions mainly based on my projects, it will be a 30-40 min technical interview . Fourth Director's round, it's pretty basic, mainly job preferance like design or manufacturing which you prefer will be asked Last head HR round. It was a elimination round( director's round wasn't) mainly HR questions was asked
