it was not as bad as the review on glassdoor suggest, they give me time for a second interview when i wasn't ready on my first one. which is RARE for any other company. and the ceo wasn't as scary as the other applicants said, just a bit straightforward and meticulous. i didn't proceed with the job not because they were rude or anything. in fact i find the interview quite easy and fun. its just once i found out that i had to be very straightforward everytime i wrote email and interact with other division. ( i like to explain all my business on email) i find the company style and mine didn't match, thats why i didnt go ahead with the interview
