We met up at a Starbucks for a brief interview with lasted around 30 minutes. He went over some brief and general OOP questions and asked about my experience, classes, etc. That was followed by a formal technical interview on-site which involved writing a small bit of code and being asked more OOP-related and Java/C# questions. Overall, the interviews were fairly relaxed and the guys participating were fun to talk to. I was not immediately offered a position but they got back to me a few months later with another opening and offered it to me, however, I declined due to other obligations at the time.
