Had a phone interview that took forever to schedule due to their calendar system that doesn't seem to be very helpful. After the initial interview (that went very well) I was immediately emailed to have a second interview. Again I picked a completely open schedule via their calendar. No one ever got back to me. I emailed the recruiter for her to only ghost me completely. I went into their system to open up yet another week of open availability for this second interview just in case - and nothing. Really makes this place look unprofessional and careless. Saw the exact same job posting a week after all this happened, the least they could have done was send me a 'we will not be moving forward with this interview' email. What a joke.
