It was first explained that they would need to assess me further to determine which account I could be good for. A series of questions was asked starting with a general question mainly about yourself, next is a situational question, then your familiarity with the account, and the last part would be related to you and the company. The interviewer was speaking too fast for me to understand and felt a bit closed off. I started out weak and wasn't able to recover from the next set of questions. It didn't have a natural flow for a conversation to be continued. No followup questions to help you further. Majority of the time I already got the feeling I won't be getting in. After the interview, was feedback. My grammar was nitpicked on saying I had too many fillers, etc. Maybe it was the only skill being observed and the qualities are to be checked at the later part of the recruitment process.
