Smooth process, short notice but very professional and comfortable process. Appreciated the follow through from recruiting company although moved forward with a candidate with more “relevant” experience. This is a “sell yourself” interview with a “team player” focus. Concerns with products not having implementation on label which could lead to off label conversations but comp plan and base appeared fair. No discussion of bonus and no answers for current book of business in territory.
