Invitation interview. Given some logic questions on paper to solve. Direct questioning.

I applied on telkom recruitment website (recruitment.telkom.co.id). I applied for multiple company in Telkom Group. Few days after my application, they invited me to an interview process. The first test is general psychologycal test, like paulin number, etc. After shortlisted candidate has choosen, I begin another test. It is the technical test. After doing the test, I was i terviewed by the technical person before finally interviewed by the HR about the company knowledge.
