I applied through Employee(linked in) first round was with the manager telephonic he asked me what you did in the past and your research work and content and stuff.then he asked me to come to direct face to face round.once the round is done i was told that i am selected and will get the offer in a day or two then at the evening this HR guy calls me and says we hire only from so called "tier I" colleges and we need a 85%? are you kidding me? Then why did you even proceed with the interview then ? why waste my precious time then ? I suggest you all to not to apply to this company as this is just a time waste.
