Spoke with recruiter from staffing agency, afterwards I Interviewed with team leader. Team leader was friendly, and interview was about half an hour of basic questions relating to customer service and work experience

The interview was short and informative. Although, it took a while to hear back from them even for a follow up. she did explain the negative reviews and provided reassurance.
