I interviewed with three members of the team over a few weeks after applying directly. Despite being told I’d receive an update after my last interview, I never heard back.. For a company centered on improving others’ well-being, this level of communication and lack of process paints a disappointing picture of its recruiting practices. It's important to remember how important interviewing is from a candidates perspective (not just a companies). I hope this is something you all can work on improving in the future.
