Straight forward and informal interview. I received a call from one of the recruiters who had found my resume through an online job finder (they did not specify which one, but monster.com for example). It was an informal interview on the phone on what I was interested in and if I'm still currently looking for a job within the field I was doing. They told me to take a couple of tests online that showed my skills for Microsoft Office and typing speed. Afterwards they scheduled a time for me to come in and take a couple of tests; one consisted of math questions and a grammar checking test. After this I sat with one of the employees who had asked me various questions; what I have been doing, my background, and behavioral questions. I took a drug test at the end of the whole interview process and they called me days later to attend my first day at work.
