I was hired by a sister company, and this company was then made responsible for all Digital output of all the sister companies. The interview process was fairly casual, we discussed the company, the roles, what the clients expect. We talked about my online portfolio, the technologies used, my other technical interests / skills. They asked me to submit some code from a previous project so they could see how I worked. I was offered the position after the first interview - the next day.
