I submitted an application and resume to various contacts I knew at the company to get visibility for my resume. I got a phone screen with HR but did not get further in the interview process. HR did not follow up on my candidate status even after I followed up with them 3 times - thank you email and 2 other follow up to request status and state my interest in moving forward.
