A recruiter contacted me through linkedin. I talked with him for 30 minutes about the role. Then, he set up calls for me to talk with technical members of the team. I talked with director first. Then I talked with 2 senior members of the team about technical questions and my past experience. Then I talked with another staff engineer of the team to answer some technical questions. The whole interview process is positive. The team is very nice and the director seems to be a good manager to work for. The company is promising and I expect it will do very well. I think the team is using the advanced tech deck to keep db more scalable. But I have another offer which will probably fit me better. I have a very positive experience overall.
