Entretien
The first step consisted in a phone screen interview. Then I was asked to participate in a group interview with several candidates. We were asked to work in some cases, so they saw as how we interacted. This final round consisted in interviews with senior and managing directors.

Vengono chieste alcune domande nel colloquio, ad esempio su di voi, sui vostri obiettivi e sulle motivazioni per cui si vuole lavorare nell industria, infine qualche domanda su periodi di difficoltà incontrati

Entretien
The interview process uses a recorded media platform with around 10 - 11 general questions. Each question gives us 40 seconds to think and 2 – 3 minutes to answer.
Completamente telematico con domande assolutamente generiche, atte a carpire motivazioni ed aspirazioni. Manca il contatto con l'essere umano. Prepararsi a domande come: Per quale motivo vuoi lavorare nell'industria? Cosa ti piace del settore manifatturiero?
