Since its a service based company, it totally depends on the project you are in and the client. The client i have been working is also a service based. I learned a lot of technical stuff being in the project. Until and unless the project is running, you will have a great job security. flexible timings, no restrictions on your logged in or logged off timings , the key is to deliver your deliverables on time .Company provides a health insurance to you and your spouse . Hike will be given once a year. I got to work with a people who are sound in technical stuff . Most of the HR polices are same as that of any service based companies, referrals, your salary will be inclusive of variable pay. On site offers completely depends on the clients you are working , if its a networking based project , you may have a chance. Annual celebrations will give you some refreshment of the work load you have been bearing all the year. For some projects, the client also offers some outings with team. Training will be provided to the freshers who are just out of college. They always pay you the monthly salary on time.
