I received a phone interview with a followup in person Interview. While trying to let the two staff members know that I was extremely interested, after over three weeks post in person Interview I couldn't contact them nor did I receive any type of communication with the company. I think the company may tell you it's great but looking at potential candidates or followup is lacking presence.
