Interview process started with a call with the hiring manager followed by a technical interview with a member of the team where you have to work through some exercises on your own computer while the interviewer watches you work and asks questions. The hiring manager was very enthusiastic about the job and the company and the interview went extremely well with even some tough technical questions. On the second technical interview, the interviewer seemed extremely bored and was rolling his eyes and taking deep breaths. Even though I think I performed well in the exercise, I think he had already made his decision before the interview and was just doing the interview for the sake of it. Since I would work directly with this person, it didn't give me a good impression of the position.
