The hiring process consisted of a phone screen, behavioral phone interviews, and a take home case to complete and present on a following call. Scheduling was easy via their too, and everyone was friendly, helpful, communicative, and transparent.

Applied online and was then contacted via email in order to set-up a telephone interview which never happened.
Very poor candidate experience. The person responsible showed total disregard for my time.

Tessian has a fantastic application process. The process was fairly straightforward. I submitted my CV and cover letter through the company website and then completed a short assignment to assess my skills. I was then invited to the company's London office for an interview with the Operations team and was made an offer the following day.
