We understand that 78 minutes is a significant amount of time, and we are grateful that so many candidates prioritize their skills and feel happy to take our tests despite the time commitment. We don't ask for a resume or cover letter application, like some employers, which we know can take a long time to compile.
We strongly believe in evaluating skills first, experience second. To assess this, we select a mix of carefully designed tests that align with job requirements. This approach promotes fairness by reducing biases from traditional hiring methods found in resume reviews. It allows candidates to demonstrate their skills before experience is considered, ensuring an objective and inclusive hiring process. Our Talent Acquisition team, along with the hiring manager, shortlist the candidates based on the assessments and evaluate the assessments in their entirety, including multiple-choice questions, custom questions, and video responses. This helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of each candidate's capabilities, and an ability to evaluate them against each other. From there, we select the candidates with the highest potential to move to an interview.
