Applied the job on 18 Nov 2022 and got rejected after week due to not meeting pre-requisite criteria. On 30 Nov 2022, HR personnel contacted me and asked if I want to discuss this job opportunity. Of course, I welcome all the discussion. Hence, I accepted it. On 2 Dec 2022, have had an interview with the HR and the interview went smoothly, hence, I expected to have second interview with the hiring manager because I have met all the required skills and experience for the role. On 7 Dec 2022, received and email from another HR personnel saying that I did not pre-requisite criteria which I wondering what is the so called "pre-requisite criteria". Based on my analysis, as long that I do not meet the "pre-requisite criteria", I WILL NOT be able to get the opportunity to have the interview with the hiring manager. Looks like the company does not promoting diversity (I hope I'm wrong).
