Initial phone screen, performance task, panel interview, leadership interview. You must accept verbal offer before they will provide a written offer. I thought this was unusual. Whole process takes multiple months.

First was a timed performance task. Next was a phone interview followed by a panel interview. I was told the start date would be a couple of months from the position being posted if everything went perfect.

The interview process itself is lengthy; first, there is a prescreen call, and then a task, and finally a panel interview. It may take up to two months to make it to the panel interview, and then there is another long wait to see if you made the cut or not.
