Met with Director and a Supervisor who each asked me questions. They wrote down my answers, which they score to determine best candidate. The Director was very kind but the supervisor was very mean looking and disrespectfull to the Director in front of me
Applied in October or November, had a virtual interview in January after scheduling my interview in December. Started March 1st.
Whole process took approximately 5 months to complete. It is a very lengthy process and you probably won't hear anything back unless you're offered a position.

Good discussion - lots of back and forth and engaging discussion. Large state agency with lots of opportunities. More of a conversation than an interview, which was nice and allowed some insight to management's relationship with employees

First interview was 1 hour with two managers followed by a 1 hour skills test. The second round of interviews was just a 2 hour skills test. All the skills tests were written/research. The managers took turns asking questions, they wrote down my answers. The first skills test had 3 parts. The second was more like a research paper/opinion piece.
