Questions posées lors d’un entretien d’embauche pour Financial Analyst chez Textron Systems

Went well. The person was very knowledgable and it came through with their questions. They dug really deep into my knowledge of finance and made sure to ask me multiple questions about where I saw myself going in my career. They seemed very focused in career development.

I got a call from a recruiter within a few days of applying and he set up a phone interview with the person that managed the actual position. The interview was fairly simple. It was more of a discussion than an actual interview. The next day I received a call back from the recruiter to set up an office interview. About a week later, I was flown on their expense to Hunt Valley for the interview. I met with two individuals, a HR rep and the manager I had already spoken to. Again, it was more of a discussion, with them mostly explaining Textron's different business units. I thought the interview went great, but after I flew home; I never received any word back from them. I thought that was a little unprofessional.
