Submitted application materials online. Was then contacted to have phone interview. Phone interview was pretty informal, felt more like a conversation. At the end of phone interview, I was told I would be hearing back shortly.

I applied online. Heard back about two weeks later. I was interviewed by two different senior directors over the phone. I heard back about a week later with an offer.
