Two zoom interviews with an assistant and the head of the LA area aptus. They asked whereabouts I lived and how far out I was willing to drive to substitute

Phone interview with recruiter then video interview. I found a few things off-putting. First, the recruiter scheduled my interview without confirming the date and time with me prior. I happened to be free so I didn't make a big thing of it, but that was a bit unprofessional. The interviewer was also a bit late. I found the questions a bit inappropriate and invasive for a part-time sub position. They seemed to be for an actual full-time teaching position, not a part-time sub (what I applied for). I was asked things like "Why did you become a teacher?" (which I'm confused by since not all subs want to be teachers) and "What is your 3-5 year career plan"? (That's a bit much to ask a potential part-time sub) and then "How do you deal with parents?" I actually think this company might not have knowledge about subbing because as substitute teachers, you rarely interact with parents at all. They also said they were hiring 15 subs for one charter school. I'm not sure they considered that from a sub's perspective, I hear that and I do not feel confident they will have any work for me. So I have to ask myself if it's worth the investment. I also think it's a school I already have subbed for. So I could apply with the school directly. I didn't finish my application process because it didn't seem like a good opportunity, and they said I was rejected.
