The interview process consisted of 4 rounds over a few weeks. The first interview was just a talk with a recruiter, the second was a talk with the CTO, the third was another talk with an internal recruiter, and the fourth was with 3 developers. The first three rounds were pretty straightforward and were pretty basic. The fourth round felt more like a grilling than an actual interview, though. No dialog. No conversation.
