I interviewed a few years back. It took about 3 rounds and I talked to my hiring manager, the hiring manager's manager and even the CEO. It is a small organization, so I later understood why they needed to be selective about who they are hiring.

Typicall behavioral questions, plus a few about technical skills. However, I felt like I knew what I was talking about more than the hiring manager...
