J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Blackstone Group (New York, NY) en mai 2011
Entretien
Several rounds. Started with immediate supervisor(s) in Round 1 and then graduated up to Senior Investment professional in Round 2 followed by CFO and MD of the finance group. The questions were technical in Round 1 as expected. My interview with the CFO of the Group was mainly to test fit and personality. He explained the role and the business in detail.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Blackstone Group (New York, NY) en nov. 2014
Entretien
There were a total of six interviews. Two of the interviews were very technical on day to day work and went over waterfall calculations and other hands of processes. Very big office, nice location, everyone seemed very approachable. First interview was with a manager I worked with before and then a IT manager, the direct manager who I will be working for, a manager of another group/team, HR manager, and a Finance/deal maker who knows a lot about the market. Three of them were men and three women. Five of them were white and one of Asian background but working at Blackstone for a long time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
All questions were about my work (what I do and how I do them) except for one question that I should have been more careful with:
Interviewer: I am very approachable, you can be very frank with me, why are you leaving your current work, what is not working out there?
