Hired on the spot. Interview was friendly, inviting and very open to conversation. Manager of store interviewed me. Overall great and positive experience!
I'd change nothing in the process as it was easy and fun.

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
