Interviewer was 20 minutes late and then notified the candidates that it would be a group interview despite previous correspondence indicating otherwise. The interview itself was chaotic, unstructured with often unprofessional and inappropriate questions. One candidate was reduced to tears after the interviewer commented on her eczema. After the questions segment of the interview, the candidates were handed exam paper to answer. The questions on the paper were mostly generic IQ test style questions rather than anything related to the role the candidates were applying for.

Entretien
The interview was a 3 stage process. The first and second stage were great. As for the last stage, it was the Director/ doctor Chris who interviewed me. He asked me if I has a love or arranged marriage which I thought was an inappropriate question. Additionally, he asked me mysogynistic questions like if I would be able to get ready to come to work on time with makeup and all that.
