Questions d'entretien chez The Boston Solar Company

I had a brief phone interview and was asked to come in in-person. We spoke for a while with the typical interview questions and then they asked me more about myself, past my skill set. After my interview, I was contacted 3 days later and offered the position. The team was efficient, responsive and easily accessible.

The Operations Manager asked me to sit with her in the office and asked me, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?". Being very surprised by this, I was almost speechless, as this wasn't something I've had happen to me. She was very attentive to my needs and explained what my role was and how my position could be a stepping stone to other roles within the company.
