Extremely long. The process took several months between first contact and offer date, interviews themselves were not extremely difficult, no questions or requests that were way out of left field, but the waiting was challenging. The IQ test and personality tests were long and a bit nerve wracking, but over all they panned out.

I applied online and received an email stating I may be a good fit for this role. Then I had a phone interview with someone from HR and then a Skype interview. No one ever got back to me. I followed up and never heard anything. Not even an automated rejection email.
