I applied online, got a phone call from the HR lady. An interview was arranged and I met with the HR lady for an hour regarding the job and working for the company. Then I met with the director of the program for an hour learning about the Ranch in general. After that I spent almost an hour meeting with one of the house coordinators regarding the details of working in specific houses. I got a phone call in the next day or two saying I had gotten the job. I started in the next week.

Entretien
Two, 1:1, Easy going sit downs with resident managers. Very nice down to earth guys. No ridiculous questions about your weaknesses. I was late, and apologized. The manager didnt make it difficult or awkward and I still ended up with the job.
