Met with manager and reviewed application. Seemed to be a personal interview that got the real information the manager wanted subtly without making the candidate feel uncomfortable. The interview takes place on the floor. I think this is good because it gives the candidate a feel for the atmosphere of the store and on floor interaction with the manager.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
