I applied for a job online, passed the personality assessment test (which was extremely easy, basically just emphasize answers that make you seem fun, outgoing, and a people person) and was prompted to call the store to set up an interview, which I did. The interview was scheduled for 2:00 the next day. I wore nice gray dress pants, cute black pumps, and I had on a dressy top/vest but that ended up not mattering because the weather was awful and I had on my coat (a peacoat). I was interviewed on the floor, so there was no time to take off my coat/set down my purse. The manager was very friendly, asked me questions about my former jobs, what a typical week is like for me, why I wanted to work at Buckle, and what I would add to Buckle, as well as what I thought my weakness would be. I said familiarizing myself with the product since I wasn't a frequent Buckle shopper. But I emphasized my willingness to learn and work hard. I feel like the interview went really well, and I was told that I'd be emailed a response because there had been other interviews that week that needed to be reviewed. I haven't heard back yet, but hopefully I will soon!
