Interview was quick and easy. Was asked back for a second interview, the location had not opened yet so it took a couple weeks but they did eventually get back to me.

They don’t ask you anything about your job experience or see if you’re a personable person.. they asked if I did drugs or had addiction problems which was completely in appropriate and didn’t even have a manager interviewing me… they had one of the 3 servers on shift do the interview since the manager was “busy in the office” clearly not in the restaurant at all

Met with a hiring manager at the restaurant. Was referred to the company through someone I knew. Applied and got called in for an interview almost immediately. Was hired a few days after the initial interview.

Asked a bunch of random questions, such as: if you were an animal of the sea, land or air what would you be? What CD would you bring to a deserted island? Other strange questions.
