J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Carlyle Group (Dublin, Dublin) en mars 2024
Entretien
Interview with HR, the relevant department head and 5 individual back-to-back interviews with team members. After investing 2 months in the interview process no one reached out to provide any kind of feedback or update on the status of the role. After investing such a significant amount of time in the process with a company that has a robust HR department, at a minimum would have appreciated the courtesy of an email (whether it be generic or otherwise) letting me know if the role has been filled or that I was no longer being considered.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Carlyle Group (Washington, DC) en mars 2026
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for a VP, Data Governance role. I scheduled an interview and it went well. The recruiter told me we would move forward with next steps within about a week. After not hearing anything for 10 days, I followed up with an email, but got no response. 3 weeks since the initial screening, I’ve determined that I have been ghosted.
Why reach out to me just to ghost me? It makes the organization look bad for no reason.
