The Cheesecake Factory was very prompt and professional while conducting all aspects of the interview. The process consisted of 2 over the phone interviews - 1st - pre-screening and resume review - 2nd- behavior based questions that lasted about an hour. The 3rd interview was a face to face interview. The Factory campus is beautiful and surrounded by the rolling hills of Valley of Southern California. The campus is very modern and well manicured. Once inside, everything was contemporary and made of glass, which basically means no privacy. The people were very welcoming. The hiring manager was easy going but did not seem to prepare for the interview. We spoke for 3 hours and them she rushed to introduce me to others in the office, provided a factory tour, which was awesome! She then tried to cram 2 other interviews into a 30 min period before I had to head to the airport to catch my flight home. Overall, I left with a good impression of the company but felt that the face to face interview was rushed.
