Very easy, laid back. Got an offer directly after interview with employer. Was kind and asked showed interest in my other job. Was not difficult, or any unexpected answers. Who doesn’t love Cheesecake Factory? Why do you need 30 words for this?

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
