I had three interviews back to back. Easy process, asked about knowledge of position. I interviewed for a restaurant that was opening, so no existing team in place yet. They were doing the initial staffing of the restaurant.

Very relaxed, very personable and very easy. Great people and very passionate and what to know that you are passionate and hardworking as well. Meet with one manager and then the Gm. One on one interviews

Their interview process was in depth. They ask alot of personal questions, to get to know your personality. They spent alot of time getting to know about me, which I think is great. They only want the best to represent their company. People who are driven and passionate about serving the public. Overall, this is one of the best companies I've worked for. The training is Intense but it prepares you for their past pace restaurant
