Entretien
The interview was simple, painless, and quick. The manager asked me about my past work history and why I wanted to work for the Cheesecake Factory. No surprise questions, just a typical interview. Only one interview and I was hired right on the spot. After I got the job, I was showed a brief presentation video about my future role as a hostess and what Cheesecake Factory expected of me.

Good and brief. The interview lasted a couple of minutes it went well but there was no response to whether I got a job or not. The manager was very nice

Entretien
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
