Went through about 6 interviews for the role. When I interviewed with the HR director it seemed less about the role and more about whether I would fit in with the team and culture.

I came in along with a few others who were all sat down at separate tables. The hiring manager came around to each of us for the interview and asked us each questions related to our experiences.

2 interviews back to back, one with bakery manager and one with the general manager. The second interview seemed atypical and only took place because the GM was on site.
