There was a 30 minute phone screening where the recruiter and I spoke generally about the roll and I was able to ask questions. That was very casual and comfortable. 3-4 weeks later they flew 25 final candidates up to King of Prussia, PA where they selected the final 8. The evening we got there we attended a networking social where we spoke with Cigna team members and the other candidates. The next day each candidate completed 2 panel (4 Cigna team members asking 1 candidates questions) interviews, which were 45 minutes in length. They had answers for us within the next week.
