Submitted resume, received a call from someone who asked me a few questions (mainly to see if I had a clear, educated speaking voice). That was it. They didn't even really inquire about my work experience or anything on the resume. A monkey could do this job. There is a group training call and that's it.

The interview basically took place over the phone, and they asked a few questions about availability, salary, and how soon I can start. I got called in the next day to meet the manager, very pleasant, basically told me about the job and what I would be doing as far as training and employment.
