Entretien
We started communicating via email and then over the phone. Asked me a few questions about my schedule and how soon I could start. If I could work part time or full time. Explained to me how long training would be. This was back in 2021 i was hired. I had no previous work from home experience. So i was very grateful to have been hired.

Entretien
I checked in to HR and they gave me a packet to fill out with job history and such. Then I had to take a typing test and a small math and computer knowledge test. I had my interview and role played a phone conversation
